VERY EASY! ~ Horsengoggle is easy to navigate, easy to list auctions and generally just very easy, once you're familiar with the system. Horsengoggle does not have a lot of bells and whistles but it has everything that's essential.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: the more you want a site to do, the more expensive it will be. Do you REALLY want to pay the price? We can be content with a simpler, easier system - especially if it means SAVING MONEY!

Do we expect SELLERS to move over to Horsengoggle completely - instead of where they are selling now? ~ NO!! ~ Not all at once! If you depend on your auctions for income, then you have to make a gradual ~ TRANSITION ~ to Horsengoggle.

HERE's the PLAN:

SELLERS, when you start up a NEW business you need to put a lot of time into it. But you also need to CONTINUE working your "old job". You need to do BOTH, until the new venture is going good.

RISK? ~ There's no risk because you can list your entire inventory on Horsengoggle and it won't cost you a penny. What have you got to LOSE?

Horsengoggle is a startup operation. Our Grand Opening is this month, so we're still on the launchpad. We need to work this "transition" time together until Horsengoggle can support us all. (Which might not take too long, considering the online auction climate elsewhere.)

DOLLY SOLIDARITY!

The people who WANT a dolly trading community are the doll collectors. That's us. We have to do this for ourselves. It won't happen by accident.

AND, we have to stick together! We're not starting a union, but we do need to get together on this, for mutual benefit! Shall we call it SOLIDARITY, instead? Solidarity means the same thing as: unity, harmony, cohesion, team spirit, commonality, camaraderie, esprit de corps, unanimity... Solidarity is a very nice word! We're starting DOLLY SOLIDARITY.

Why do we need DOLLY SOLIDARITY? Because all the online doll auctions combined only add up to 1% of auction business. We are a very small group, when compared to other categories. If we go all over the 'net, we're at the mercy of sites who don't have much interest in dolls.

How much do they love us? Are they going to advertise in the Doll Magazines and trade publications to promote our auctions? Do they understand the doll business at all?

Have you been to ShopGoodWill.com? It's not a great auction site at all. But I noticed that the nice dolls were all getting bids anyway. In my opinion, if ShopGoodWill.com is doing that well, then SELLERS can definitely move to Horsengoggle and it will be very popular - because Buyers will go wherever they can find dolly stuff!
